Our staff completes all Carrier Packets, Rate Conformations and Insurance Verifications.
Detention Pay:
If our carriers are not loaded/unloaded with the agreed-upon timeframe, we will work to get our carriers the money that they deserve.
Invoicing & Factoring Assistance:
We will complete all invoicing and offer factoring assistance so that our carriers get paid in a timely manner. We will also help with getting our carriers set up with a factoring company if you do not have one.
Truck Order Not Used (TONU) assistance:
We guarantee that our carriers will be fully compensated for all canceled loads.
